About Us

CD Media was founded by Duncan Campbell, who spent 15 years as Chief Content Officer at ARN. In that role he made the calls that consultants usually only recommend, and he was accountable for the ratings and revenue outcomes that followed.

He oversaw ARN’s strongest decade of performance, including network expansion and the integration of acquisitions. He works directly with shows and Content Directors on strategy, talent, and positioning. His particular focus is rebranding and repositioning underperforming stations. Having operated across every market size, he understands the commercial and operational realities of radio from the inside.

CD Media does not stop at the strategy document. We develop the plan, then stay involved through execution until the results are in the numbers.

Engagements are scoped to the specific problem, whether that is a single station turnaround, network-level content strategy, or support on digital audio, DAB, video, or podcast ecosystems.
